NNA - Future Bloc MP, Samir Jissr, addressed issues of parliamentary elections and salary scale with a delegation from Coordination office of Education at Future Movement in Tripoli, and said that the electoral law proposed by the Orthodox Meeting is a prelude to the division of Lebanon, in a context of regional dangers.
Jissr also estimated that the crisis of the salary scale began with the approval of the wage increase without taking into account the impact of this increase on the Treasury and other sectors.
"While convinced of the need for justice for officials and teachers, any reform must take into account the capabilities of the Treasury. Consequently, it is necessary to stop the waste of public funds and provide resources without affecting national economy," he explained.
