NNA - The British Foreign Secretary, William Hague, and Energy and Water Minister, Jibran Bassil, on Thursday launched seismic survey on oil and gas in Lebanese land.
The two Ministers discussed strategic opportunities in the Lebanese oil and gas sector. The Foreign Secretary highlighted the importance of transparent mechanisms and accountable management of oil and gas revenue, for the benefit of the Lebanese people.
Afterwards, the two ministers inaugurated, with members of the British Surveying Company "Spectrum", an equipment specifically used for surveying operations.
