NNA - Member of Parliament, Boutros Harb, accused March 8 of planning to postpone elections in a bid to stay in power. He cited most recent acts at the House of Parliament an outright proof to this.
Interviewed by the Voice of Lebanon radio station, the MP said that Speaker of the House Nabih Berri was under Hezbollah's pressure.
"That's why Berri had proposed one electoral formula for the Parliament to discuss and vote for," Harb said, promising to stand side-by-side with the Lebanese President to help contest the Orthodox law and face it at the House of Parliament and the Constitutional Council.
