NNA - Education and Higher Learning Minister, Hasan Diab, condemned Saturday the "Ersal" incident, which led to the death of two Army soldiers while carrying out their duty in protecting citizens. "Any attack against the Army is an attack against the whole nation and its sacred entity," noted Diab; adding that the Army Institution is a symbol of a united Lebanon.


In this framework, Diab contacted Defense Minister, Fayez Ghosn, offering condolences on the fallen Army martyrs. He also wished those injured quick recovery.


Diab also expressed deepest condolences to the families of the two fallen Army martyrs, praying to the Lord to grant them patience and endurance to cope with their huge loss.
