NNA - Russia's Sergei Lavrov on Monday counseled world powers and Iran to stop behaving like children so as to agree upon a place and time to tackle Iran's nuclear program.
European officials had recently accused Tehran of procrastinating plans on nuclear talks with the six global powers, including Russia, which sought preventing Iran from manufacturing nuclear weapons.
For its part, Iran affirmed that its nuclear program has nothing more than peaceful aims.
