NNA - The Lebanese Army Command warned Friday of suspicious foreign security apparatuses attempting to collect information, hack computers, and accede to Bulk SMS, in order to recruit collaborators.

"This constitutes a violation of national sovereignty and tampering with citizens' security and individual freedoms," a communiqué by the Army's Guidance Directorate said today.

"The Command warns the citizens of bids to lure them into such traps and calls them to notify the Army in case they receive any suspicious message on informing@lebarmy.gov.lb."
