NNA - A state of confusion overtook the town of Arsal when armed and masked Islamist militants appeared in the town, NNA field correspondent reported on Saturday.
This incident comes in the wake of LAF's arrest of a man in the outskirts of Arsal affiliated with Al-Nusra Front in Qalamoun, Aamer Ahmad Joumaa, who was injured during recent battles and was being transported to a hospital in the vicinity.
