Army dismantles car bomb in northern Bekaa

NNA - A unit of engineers from the Lebanese Armed Forces defused at dawn Friday a car bomb found on the northern Bekaa road set to explode in Beirut, NNA correspondent reported today.

The car, a black 4x4 Buick carrying the license plate 401907/G with bullet marks on its tires and left pane, was loaded with 500 kilograms of TNT and various other explosive materials.
