NNA - The Army Command - Orientation Directorate issued Sunday the following statement: "As part of the task of maintaining security and stability, an army checkpoint in the region of Arsal stopped this morning a pickup truck loaded with a quantity of arms and ammunition, hand grenades and explosives with remote detonators, in addition to special outfits. A number of case-related arrests were also made.


Detainees were handed over to competent authorities, and an investigation was launched."
